Your first step is to either fill out the contact form , or call our office directly to schedule a strategy session where we can look at your unique scenario and determine the top three options.
We’ll conduct a strategy session (in-office or via phone) with you to help determine if a short sale will be a good fit for your personal situation. Once it is determined that a short sale makes sense for you, we will send you a simplified short sale kit which has been designed to get the banks exactly what they will need to process your short sale.
As a part of the kit you’ll be providing the following for all those who are listed on the loan:
- Current Mortgage Payment Coupons
- Current mortgage payment statement
- 2 most recent tax returns
- 2 most recent pay stubs or income statements
- 2 most recent monthly bank statements
