Starting the Short Sale evaluation process is simple and painless.
Your first step is to either fill out the contact form on the right, or call our office directly to schedule a strategy session where we can look at your unique scenario and determine the top three options.
We’ll conduct a strategy session (in-office or via phone) with you to help determine if a short sale will be a good fit for your personal situation. Once it is determined that a short sale makes sense for you, we will send you a simplified short sale kit which has been designed to get the banks exactly what they will need to process your short sale.
As a part of the kit you’ll be providing the following for all those who are listed on the loan:
- Current Mortgage Payment Coupons
- Current mortgage payment statement
- 2 most recent tax returns
- 2 most recent pay stubs or income statements
- 2 most recent monthly bank statements
