Painted Desert is a guard-gated, golf course community located in the northwest Las Vegas Valley, just west of U.S. Route 95 and south of Ann Road. Development began in 1987 and was largely completed in the early 2000s.
Painted Desert features a variety of homes, villas, and condominiums – approximately 1,600 residences in total – ranging in size from about 1,000 to over 5,000 square feet, spread across roughly 460 acres.
