The Lakes is an established master-planned community located within the city of Las Vegas, Nevada. It spans roughly 2 square miles in the western Las Vegas Valley and is situated west of the Las Vegas Strip, with convenient access to Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area and the Spring Mountains.
