In 2004, the approximately 1,940-acre parcel of land southwest of the neighboring Seven Hills community was sold for $557 million and subsequently named “Inspirada,” reflecting its motto, “live inspired,” and envisioned as a pedestrian-friendly, village-style development modeled after traditional neighborhood design.
