Paul Rowe is the managing director of Shelter Realty’s Las Vegas Short Sale department.

With over 75 short sales negotiated successfully within the past three years, Paul works exclusively with distressed property owners and potential foreclosure victims in Southern Nevada who owe more on their mortgage than their property will appraise for.

In addition to specializing in negotiating with mortgage lenders to allow sellers the opportunity to list a property that is worth less than they owe the bank, Paul has a complete system for marketing new listings, working with new buyers and helping his sellers find a new place to rent or purchase after the transaction closes.
