We handle our referrals with special care to ensure your clients are treated with the same courtesy, competence and professionalism that they would expect out of you.

Every client that is referred to Shelter Realty is tagged with their referring agent’s name and contact information in our Property Management Software.

And more importantly, if the client decides to sell their home or purchase another investment property in the future, the referring agent is contacted immediately and given the opportunity to represent them.

Once the referred client signs our Property Management Agreement and we have collected our administrative fee, a $250 referral fee is paid to the referring agent through their broker.
