Las Vegas New Homes – Centennial Crossings

Centennial Crossings, a new townhouse community located in North Las Vegas near the master planned community of Aliante, held its Grand Opening on  September 25, 2010.  The developer is the well known Ryland Homes who have 11 single family home neighborhoods in the Las Vegas area and who built the first master planned community in the United States outside Maryland.

Three two story Centennial Crossings models are currently available – the Red, the White and the Blue.

• The Red model is about 1,535 sq. ft. in size with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and a 2 car garage, selling from approximately $155,990.  The first floor features the master bedroom, great room and breakfast nook with a loft or optional third bedroom on the second floor.

• The White model is about 1,934 sq. ft. in size and offers 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths and a 2 car garage, selling from approximately $171,990.  The first floor features 2 bedrooms and a bonus room. The second floor features the master bedroom, a large separate great room and dining area with an island kitchen.  A balcony is provided that runs the length of the kitchen and dining area and a model home is available for buyers to view.

• The Blue model is the largest in Centennial Crossings and is about 2,170 sq. ft. in size and sells from approximately $177,990 offering 3 to 5 bedrooms, 2.5 baths and a 2 car garage.    The first floor features an island kitchen, family room and den or optional 5^th bedroom while the second floor offers the master bedroom with a large master bath with dual sinks, two bedrooms and a loft or optional 4^th bedroom.  A model of this home is available for viewing.

As of this writing, the White and Blue models each have a home available for “Quick Move In” on November 20th of this year.  The White model is selling for $183,490 and the Blue for $194,240.

Indigo Homes

Indigo is another new home community by Ryland Homes near Blue Diamond between Campbell and Ft. Apache.  Three models were originally built:  the Amber at approximately 1,811 sq. ft. selling from $181,990, the Slate at about 1,913 sq. ft.  selling from $186,990, and the Midnight at about 1,946 sq. ft. selling from $188,990.

These ultra modern looking homes are unique in appearance and design in that they have three levels plus a roof deck.  The Slate and the Midnight offer 3 bedrooms and 3 baths while the Amber offers 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths.  All models provide a 2 car garage.

The Amber features the third bedroom or optional office on the first floor, great room and kitchen on the second with a balcony outside the kitchen, the master bedroom and second bedroom on the third floor.

The Slate features a second bedroom on the first floor, master bedroom and bonus room on the second floor, third bedroom or optional office, kitchen, great room and dining area on the third.

The Midnight features a third bedroom or optional den on the first floor, master bedroom and second bedroom on the second floor, great room, dining area, kitchen and breakfast nook and small deck off the great room on the third floor.

At this time, there are only a few homesites available for sale.  One model, the Amber, is available for immediate occupancy.
