Las Vegas Master Planned Communities – Club Aliante

Club Aliante is a 24 hour guard gated community built in 2004 by Del Webb within the Aliante master planned community.

The 325 Club Aliante homes have three 1 story models and 2 two story models ranging in size from 2,168 to 3,630 sq. ft.   Covered patio with gas stub is standard in all models, as is 42” gas fire place and open kitchen upgraded with solid granite counter tops and built in appliances.  Low E vinyl wrapped windows and three car garages are standard as well.

Many of the homes are built on the golf course.  The Aliante Golf Course, designed by Gary Pank and Associates of Scottsdale, was voted “Best New Golf Course in Las Vegas.

Some of the amenities include a basketball court, private fitness center, tennis courts, tot lot and play area, outdoor pool and spa and walking trails.  The community center features a hobby room and an amphitheater.

Homes  in this beautiful community originally sold in the $400,000’s.  A number of homes for sale can be purchased for considerably less.

SUN CITY ALIANTE

Sun City Aliante is the latest project in Las Vegas built by Del Webb offering 1,900 homes on 1,000 acres.    This senior age restricted community of single story homes requires that one resident must be 55 or older.  Sun City Aliante was named the Outstanding Large Association of the Year for 2008 by the Community Association Institute, Nevada Chapter.

This popular community offers a number of amenities to residents including a clubhouse with fitness center, tennis and bocce ball courts, computer lab, indoor swimming pool, conference center, game and hobby area and much more. The clubhouse features a number  of clubs and interest groups including Aerobics, Yoga, Line Dancing, Contract Bridge Club, Ladies Golf, Softball and many others.

A number of homes have views of the scenic golf course.  To please the senses, there are several man made lakes and cascading waterfalls.

Sun City Aliante is home to a large retail shopping center with numerous restaurants, grocery stores, banks and professional services.  In addition, the 900,000 sq. ft. Centennial Center at I-215 and !-95 are in close proximity to the community.

Seven home models were built from 2003 to 2008.  The Heather model, 1,155 sq. ft., offered 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and a great room.  The Sage model at 1,239 sq. ft., featured 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and living room with dining area.

The Primrose model, 1,424 sq. ft, offered 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and a great room with dining area.  The Laurel, at 1,576 sq. ft., featured 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, a den, great room with dining area and optional detached Casita.

Cedar model, at 1,716 sq. ft., featured 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, great room and dining room.  The Helena model at 1,920 sq. ft. offered 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, a den, family room and dining area.  The Coronado model at 2,105, offered 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, a great room with dining area and a library.  A third bedroom could be substituted for the library.

Standard in all homes is a covered rear patio and 2 car garage.

There is no longer new home construction. However, resales in this lovely community can be found in the price range of mid $100,000’s to high $300,000’s.
