The Lakes

The Lakes is one of the oldest of the popular master planned communities in Las Vegas built in the 1980’s up to the 1990’s.  However, some custom homes are still being constructed and there are currently over 4,000 residential properties in the community.   Located in zip code 89117, the Lakes is situated in the southwest near Durango and Sahara.

Peccole Ranch

Most of the homes in this master planned community were built from the mid 1980’s to mid 1990’s.  Located on the west side of town, Peccole Ranch is just across the street from Summerlin and offers single family homes as well as condominiums and apartments.

Queensridge
