Neighborhood amenities include 18 major parks, 80 local parks and 8 golf courses, along with tennis courts, softball, baseball and soccer fields and numerous swimming pools.  In addition, this community offers multiple educational choices for children consisting of 8 private and 12 public schools.

Summerlin Centre is home to the following neighborhoods:

Traccia – Newport Collection – built by Tolls Brothers, Inc. – homes range in size from 1,830 – 2,012 sq. ft.  Covina and Madeira models have 3 bedrooms and loft, great room, 2.5 bathrooms and 2 car garage.  Mariposa has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, 2 car garage, family room and den.  Home prices range from $279,995 – $298,995.
